As a Coach and Master Trainer with over 32 years experience, Marcus masterfully digs deep into the inner most beings of his clients to identify the deeply rooted, psychological and emotional blockages that serve to sabotage their success. In so doing, corporate leaders, work-teams, small companies as well as individuals who have participated in his trainings attest to Marcus' ability to unleash their unrealized potential. From the lower performing beginner to the higher performing, elite producers, his tools, techniques and effectiveness exceed and outshine the top programs available on the market today!
Although Marcus is a self-actualized leader, his journey to success has been riddled with similar tragedies, failures and disappointments as his clients. As a child, Marcus was raised in extremely challenging conditions, living in a low-income housing development known as “the Projects” with his mother and two younger sisters. He describes his home life as being chaotic and besieged by hysteria, especially after his parents divorced. Most times Marcus was afraid and beset by deep seated insecurities. At school, he was bullied and often physically jumped and beaten mercilessly. There seemed to be no ‘safe place’ for him. As he transitioned into adulthood, anger, rage, fear of success and other self-sabotaging behaviors emerged. After graduating from Indiana University, Bloomington, IN, almost by accident, Marcus was introduced to the Personal Development world. He was eager to learn, grow, develop and break the self-sabotaging cycles that consistently impaired him and prevented him from achieving his fullest potential. Marcus became a student being mentored and trained by some of the greatest minds in the industry. “I hung on every word my coaches taught and followed every instruction they gave. I was committed to reaching my goals and becoming the highest and best version of myself.”
Presently, as co-founder of Del and Del International, Marcus is dedicated to using this platform to impart his expertise in helping individuals achieve their desires and goals, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives and create lasting positive changes. Marcus possesses an extreme passion for empowering individuals, strengthening communities, and fostering collaboration between schools, law enforcement, and local organizations to create safer, more supportive environments. Through his work in leadership development, mentorship, and community engagement, he equips stakeholders with the tools to drive meaningful change. His commitment extends to restorative justice strategies, recognizing their vital role in healing relationships, promoting accountability, and rebuilding trust within communities. In his role as a Master Trainer and seminar host, Marcus has successfully instructed diverse groups ranging from 6 to 6,000 participants, representing more than 14 countries worldwide.

Marcus has achieved massive success in his own life using and applying the same tools and techniques he teaches his students. He is an author, international, blackbelt karate champion, private airplane and helicopter pilot, has served as CEO/President of three Fortune 1000 corporations and a father of five! Marcus is down to earth, relatable and is guaranteed to deliver a penetrating, life altering experience for each of his clients and seminar participants.

Crissina D. Ford-Johnson (Coach Criss) is an extraordinary woman, radiating boundless energy and compassion, whose life's purpose revolves around transforming the lives of others. Her multifaceted journey as an author, educator, entrepreneur, transformational life and parenting coach, ordained minister, and loving mother of four accomplished children, along with being a proud grandmother of eight, reflects her profound understanding of nurturing and guiding individuals towards their highest and best selves.
One of Coach Criss' greatest gifts lies in her innate ability to connect with people, bringing out the very best in them. As an educator and mentor, she tirelessly works to help individuals recognize and develop their God-given talents and abilities. Whether through personal interactions or captivating speaking engagements, Crissina leaves an indelible mark on all who cross her path.
Crissina earned academic honors upon high school graduation and proceeded to attend California State University Northridge, majoring in Biology. She later pursued further studies at Bethel Bible College and the USC School of Religion and Civic Culture (SRCC), notably graduating from the "Passing the Mantle", program marking a significant chapter in her ongoing educational journey.
With an impressive 45 years of personal, professional, and ministerial experience, Crissina co-founded Del & Del International, an influential platform that positively impacts the global community. Through this organization, she generously shares her wisdom and insights, empowering individuals to embrace positive and productive change and unleashing their full potential for personal growth.
Notably, Crissina has a remarkable track record of assisting small groups and businesses in scaling and achieving exponential growth. One notable accomplishment is her involvement in transforming a discouraged school site parents' group of 7 into a thriving organization with over 700 actively engaged parents, grandparents and community members.
Crissina's captivating speaking engagements have inspired audiences far and wide, resonating deeply with those seeking personal and professional transformation. As an author, her writings touch the hearts of readers, offering practical guidance, inspiration, and motivation. Her fearless entrepreneurial spirit has led her to create pathways for others to achieve greatness.
Coach Criss’ journey has been filled with challenges, yet she has consistently transformed each obstacle into a stepping stone for greater success. As a teen mother raising three sons in Los Angeles during the height of the 1990s crack cocaine and gang epidemics, she navigated an environment rife with danger and adversity. Through her exceptional training and mentorship skills, Crissina empowered her sons to rise above these pressures, becoming world-class scholars, business executives, and athletes—unshaken by the influence of gangs, peer pressure, or societal expectations. What makes her coaching so powerful is her ability to equip clients with the same resilience, strategies, and mindset to achieve extraordinary success, even in the face of overwhelming odds.
